Digital services for businesses in Pakistan and internationally

ZEVIOTECH is a digital services business based in Multan, Pakistan. We help businesses plan, create, maintain and improve their websites, online stores, applications and digital operations. Our customers include business owners and organizations in Pakistan and overseas.

What we provide

Our services include WordPress and web development, Shopify and WooCommerce setup, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Etsy and eBay support, UI/UX design, mobile app development, API integrations, SEO, website maintenance, digital marketing, e-commerce management and bookkeeping support. Our marketplace services are professional setup or management work for our clients; each marketplace controls its own eligibility, approvals and seller fees.

How our business earns revenue

Fixed-scope projects: Customers purchase a defined Basic, Standard or Premium package with the listed deliverables and service fee.
Custom projects: We review requirements and provide a written scope, delivery estimate and fixed PKR quotation before accepting payment. A quote may use agreed deposits and milestone payments.
Monthly services: Maintenance and SEO are sold for one service month at a time, with manual renewal by agreement. Other ongoing work is priced through a written quote. No automatic subscription is created by buying a standard package.

The complete customer journey

Explore: Review a service description, package scope, price, exclusions and delivery estimate. Use the currency converter to view an estimate in another currency.
Select or request a quote: Click Buy Now for a fixed package. For custom work, send requirements and accept our written quotation before payment.
Review and pay: Proceed to guest checkout without creating an account. Enter billing and contact details, provide a project brief, review the exact PKR order total and accept the terms. Complete payment using an available payment method.
Confirmation: After the payment provider confirms the payment, the order is recorded and an order acknowledgement or receipt is sent to the supplied email. An unpaid or failed order is not treated as paid.
Onboarding: We review your brief, collect approved content and authorized access through an agreed secure method, and confirm the schedule. Work starts after the required payment and materials are received.
Delivery and review: We perform the listed work, share progress or milestones, and address the included revision rounds. Work outside the purchased scope requires a separate agreed quote.
Handover: Deliverables are provided by email, secure files, a staging website or work in your authorized platform account. We confirm completion and provide the agreed handover information.
Support, cancellation or refund: Contact us with your order reference for delivery issues, corrections, support or cancellation. Refunds are assessed against unperformed work and our published Refund Policy.

Delivery and customer responsibilities

Services are delivered electronically; no physical shipping is required. The package page gives an estimated delivery period, measured from payment and receipt of complete requirements. Missing materials, changes to scope or platform reviews can affect timing. Customers must supply accurate approved content, valid account eligibility, authorized access and timely feedback.

Third-party costs and results

Hosting, domains, paid themes and apps, advertising spend, platform fees and API charges are separate unless expressly included. Any additional purchases need your authorization. Marketplace approvals, search rankings and sales outcomes depend on external factors.
