Before you order

What you provide: Brand guidelines, target users, screen list, reference material and consolidated feedback.

Delivery: Electronically by email, secure files, a staging link, or directly in your authorized website/store account. Estimated delivery starts after payment and complete requirements. We confirm scheduling in writing and explain delays.

Additional costs: Hosting, domains, paid themes/apps, API charges, platform subscriptions and advertising spend are excluded unless expressly listed. Extra work is quoted separately.

Your package includes the stated scope and revisions. Additional work requires an agreed quote.

Cancellation and refunds: Unstarted services are refundable, subject to disclosed authorized nonrecoverable third-party purchases. After work begins, unused service fees are refundable in line with the Refund Policy. Email contact@zeviotech.com with your order reference.

UI/UX Design

Does a UI/UX package include a working website or app?

The package covers design deliverables. Development is a separate service unless your quote includes it. We confirm the screens, user flows and intended devices before starting.

How many screens and which files will I receive?

Basic includes up to three screens, Standard up to eight, and Premium up to 15. Each includes editable design source. Standard adds reusable components, and Premium adds a clickable prototype.

Can you work with my existing brand or improve an existing design?

Yes. Share your brand assets, current design and user goals. We can scope improvements around them or develop an agreed direction if you are starting from scratch.
